His Excellency Sheikh Sultan Khalid Sultan Al Qassimi, Chairman



A UAE national, 57, obtained his Bachelor’s of Economics degree from Morley College, London, United Kingdom in 1973. Upon graduation, His Excellency served in the Government of Sharjah for 5 years until 1978 before moving into the private sector for the next 9 years. His Excellency’s competencies include Management Science, Investment Strategies, Portfolio Management and Technical Trading in Commodities Futures. His Excellency returned to serve in the Government of Sharjah for another 4 years until 1991.

In 1992, His Excellency re-entered the private sector to promote United Arab Emirates as a center of operations and finance to foreign entities; syndicated private placements for start-ups and spearheaded the innovation of products and services for Gulf Holdings, a company founded and established by His Excellency.

His Excellency’s managerial skills in innovation, entrepreneurship, change management, financial engineering, and strategic planning spans an impressive 30 years.
Alan Rajendram, Executive Vice Chairman

A Malaysian national, 52, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 1977. Mr. Rajendram corporate experience began with Deloitte Haskin and Sells in the field of public accounting.

In 1981, he returned to Malaysia to join the family’s business for 2 years before moving on to the role of Chief Executive officer for the Elrond and Kredin Group. In 1981, he returned to the family business and served as Managing Director for one of the division, Stanton Systems in 1988.

In 1988 he was appointed Executive Director of Man Yau Holidngs Berhad and subsequently resigned from the post in 2006. Mr. Rajendram is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Taxation.
Eswaramoorthy Pillay, Executive Director

A Singapore national, 42, obtained his MBA in Total Quality Management from Newport International University, USA. Mr. Pillay has also served as a Field Engineer Officer in Training and Development at Singapore's National Education.

In 2005, he joined Millenium Ventures Limited as an Investment Consultant specialising in Project and Venture consultation for investors. That same year, he was also appointed as a Board of Director of Neuston to spearhead the development of the company'fs multimedia engineering division.
Philip Chang Tuck Chee, Non-Executive Director

A Malaysian national, 44, graduated with a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Economics from University of Bristol and obtained his MA in International Business & Economic Development from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Chang has many years of experience in investment banking, stock-broking and corporate finance. He began his career as a consultant in London in the mid-1980s before returning to Kuala Lumpur to join Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad, as associate of Barclays Bank PLC, where he advised on a number of corporate restructuring and listing exercises.

In 1991, he joined the TA Group of companies, Malaysia, where he started the corporate finance department and served in various senior management positions. He was involved in establishing the stock-broking firm TA Securities (HK) Limited in Hong Kong and served as its Chief Executive. He was also involved in establishing OUB-TA Asset Management Berhad. In 1999, he was appointed as Executive Director of Arab-Malaysian Securities Sdn. Bhd. (later renamed "AmSecurities Sdn. Bhd.") in Malaysia, where he was involved in building up the equity research capability, online stock-broking, institutional stock-broking, underwriting, and equity capital markets business.

Between 2004 and 2006, he served as Executive Director of TA Enterprise Berhad, a public-listed financial service and properties group, overseeing corporate planning and the financial services business of the group including stock-broking, futures & derivatives, assets management, unit trust, corporate finance, credit lending and investments.

During his career in stock-broking, he was elected by industry peers to serve on the Committee of the Association of Stock-broking Companies of Malaysia (“ASCM”), and was also a member of the working group responsible for the setting up of MESDAQ as a new stock exchange in Malaysia. Over the years, he had worked closely with industry peers and regulatory authorities on a number of initiatives for the development of the Malaysian capital market.
Mervin Nevis, Director

A Malaysian national, 54, began his career with Standard Chartered Bank. Rising through the ranks, he was fast tracked under the Bank's Executive Development Training Programme to various senior management roles. Mr. Nevis also had a 2 years stint in the United States looking after the Bank's multinational corporate business. His last posting was Director, Head Transaction Banking where he was responsible for strategy, development and management of the Bank's commercial banking business in Malaysia. In that position, he played a major role in the development and transformation of the Bank's commercial banking business with record revenue growth for 3 consecutive years.

He was one of the 7 young talents especially hand-picked to represent the country at the Eight Commonwealth Study Conference in Canada in 1988 under the auspices of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, United Kingdom and is a graduate of the INSEAD EURO ASIA's International Management Programme in Fontainebleau, France. He holds a MBA in Executive Management. He also broadened his banking work experience with special assignments in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK.

Rizal Adam Hon, Chief Operating Officer

A Malaysian national, 36, obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economic from the Nottingham University, England in 1997. Upon graduation, Mr. Hon joined a Malaysian investment bank as an Associate in the capital markets.

His experience spans from the development of start-up ventures for commercialisation; management of portfolio investments for Singapore and the US; to marketing and representing technical sales for the Mobile marketing services in South East Asia.

As COO, Mr. Hon will be responsible for operations management (OM) with focus on strategic, tactical, and short-term OM, in terms of development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver Stanton's solutions and services. He will also run the day-to-day operations of Stanton, establishing procedures and processes to ensure their smooth functioning; and providing timely operational information and assistance to the CEO.
Lim Soo Aun, Chief Financial Officer

A Malaysian national, 39, graduated from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), United Kingdom. He is also an Associate Member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

Mr. Lim was an associate partner of a well-established consulting firm in Penang and subsequently decided to venture on his own practice. Mr. Lim has more than 18 years of working experience in the fields of management consultancy, company secretarial, taxation, audit, accounting and financial & operation management for multinational companies, public listed company and private limited companies in a wide spectrum of industries and services. This includes plantation, property development, food processing, leasing, investment holding, telecommunication and various manufacturing industries.

As CFO, Mr. Lim monitors Stanton’s cash flow status; performs financial analysis; prepares income and expenditure statements, budgetary control, project costing analysis, implementing internal control policy and systems. He also manages and monitors the Stanton’s worldwide subsidiaries’ cash flows and project costing.
Lim Thye Chean, Chief Technology Officer

A Malaysian national, 39, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. Prior to his appointment at Stanton, Mr. Lim held the post of Chief Technology Officer, Director of Technology and Senior Software Engineer at various IT firms developing solutions for media players and network access storage devices; developing mobile technology; and has even the HistoryCity 3D multi- user environment.

As CTO, Mr. Lim is responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of the company's technology development. He is also Stanton's top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth.
Deva Narayanan, Director of Business Development

47, Malaysian National, holds an LCCI Diploma In Accounting and began his career with Twenty-Twenty Advertising as a senior Advertising Executive. His experience spans from account management and media sales in the advertising industry, to heading corporate sales divisions' in a wide spectrum of industries. He also possesses vast experience in international business and has headed many business development initiatives within the telecommunications industries in emerging markets like South Asia, Africa, South America and the Middle East.

As Director of Business Development, Mr. Narayanan will primarily be responsible for Stanton's regional and international business development pursuits and initiatives. He will also identify long term relationships with key partners in the IPTV eco-system and related industries; build strategic alliances; and steer the implementation of strategic plans/goals, in line with Stanton's business direction and global ambitions.
Su-Lin Bhadra-Ratts, Head, Corporate Communications

A Malaysian national, 36, holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics (HSE). HSE is ranked 10th amongst Business Schools in Europe. Having spent numerous in academia (the last 10 years in Finland), Ms. Bhadra-Ratts is a Finalist in the Masters of Science in Economics with double major in International Business and Communication.

Her communication experience spans from the aviation, property development to the paper industry. Her writing career began in 1991 and has been writing and editing since, for print in scientific, academic and business journals.

As Head of Corporate Communication, Ms. Bhadra-Ratts will bridge and spearhead all external and internal communication to ensure that high standards are maintained, and messages are consistent across Stanton. She is also responsible for creating Stanton’s Corporate Identity and implementing corporate communication strategies in line with Stanton’s vision and will include Internal Communication; Corporate Social Responsibility and Reputation Management; Issue and Crisis Management.
Mohamed Firdaus, Manager, Human Resource

A Malaysian national, 37, holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and has broad, hands-on experience in HR related, Labour law and Industrial Relations related matters.

As Human Resource Manager, Mr. Firdaus works both on a strategic and operational level as Manager, Strategic Business Partner, Employee Sponsor, Change Mentor and Trusted Advisor in understanding business goals, key issues and people implications.
Michael Lin Li, CEO Movaio (Singapore & China)

42, Singapore national graduated from the South China University of Technology in 1987.

In 1993, he obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore under a Singapore Government Scholarship.

Mr. Lin was the founder & CEO of the IPEXL group which is an intellectual property management and consultation service provider based in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong and the United States. His working experience spans 4 continents (Asia, Oceania, America and Europe) and has developed expertise in strategic planning, business development, sales management, human resources, business turnaround, mentoring, negotiating and licensing. Before joining the industry, Michael had 10-year academic career in the National University of Singapore and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He has published more than 20 papers in international journals and conferences.

Mr. Lin conceptualized and actively managed Movaio since June 2006.As an active CEO Movaio Pte Ltd, he is responsible for strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales in Singapore and Greater China region.
Deepak Govindani, Country Manager, Thailand

An Indian national living in Thailand, 38, obtained his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ABAC University in Thailand. Prior to his appointment at Stanton, Mr. Govindani served as Managing Director of Riken Export for 13 years, dealing mainly with the Automotive Industry. His experience spans from the garment and apparel industry, where he was appointed Export Manager based in Jakarta; to travel and tourism. He boasts vast experience in marketing and advertising as well as event organising.

As Country Manager for Stanton Thailand, he will primarily be responsible for managing our relationship with AIS and growing Stanton's business in Thailand with focus on expanding Stanton's IPTV Solution with players (hotels, hospitals, gated communities, property developers and etc.) within IPTV's vertical industry. He will plan, formulate and implement Thailand's country strategy in line with Stanton's vision; lead the Thai team and integrate the organisation with Stanton's corporate culture.
Tony Ong, Country Manager, Vietnam

A Malaysian national living in Vietnam, 50, graduated from City University, United Kingdom with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, he returned to Malaysia and joined the family business working with marketing and advertising within the entertainment industry.

Prior to joining Stanton, he served at Corp-Web as their Vietnamese representative; 2 years with VMP Engineering as General Manager; and had been headhunted from Orix Corporation to GEC Malaysia, where he spent 12 years with GEC Malaysia and was subsequently appointed General Director in Vietnam to spearhead the set-up of the GEC organisation in Vietnam. He was also Branch Manager for Orix Corporation in Singapore.

Tony has worked with many multinational organisations like Xerox Corporation, TNT Express and Orix Corporation. His vast experience encompasses leading and managing Sales and Marketing; and Logistics.

Tony's primary responsibility at Stanton will be building and managing our relationship with the Telcos in Vietnam and growing Stanton's business there, with special focus on expanding Stanton's IPTV Solution with players (hotels, hospitals, gated communities, property developers and etc.) within IPTV's vertical industry. He will plan, formulate and implement Vietnams's country strategy in line with Stanton's vision; lead the Vietnamese team and integrate the organisation with Stanton's corporate culture.
